CONSTITUTION
Article I
Section I. The name of this club shall be New England Drafting & Driving Club, Inc.
Section II. Objectives of this club shall be:
a. to protect and advance the interests of the canine sport of drafting and driving by encouraging sportsman like competition at drafting tests, dog shows and obedience trials;
b. to conduct drafting tests, drafting matches and drafting workshops.
Section III. This Club shall not be conducted or operated for profit. No part of any profits or remainder or residues from dues or donations to the New England Drafting & Driving Club, Inc. shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual.
Section IV. The members of the New England Drafting & Driving Club, Inc. shall adopt, and may, from time to time, revise such by-laws as may be required to carry out these objectives.
